Evaluations Dates

All players ages 8 and up must attend one of the evaluations. Sign ups will be available for all divisions. Please bring copies of all required documents: original birth certificate, 3 proofs of residency or school enrollment form, and a medical release. Registration closes for minors and majors after the last evaluation.
